Compart and INNODOX enter into partnership for Hungarian CCM market
INNODOX Technologies distributes DocBridge® Suite solutions for Customer Communication Management in Hungary
Compart expands its partner network: The manufacturer of scalable, cloud-enabled and platform-independent software solutions for Customer Communication Management (CCM), and INNODOX Technologies, have entered into a sales and technology partnership on April 1, 2023. According to this agreement, the internationally active specialist for digitisation and automation in customer communication will take over the distribution and implementation/integration of the internationally established products of Compart's DocBridge® Suite in Hungary. This includes the CCM solutions DocBridge® Impress (document creation) and DocBridge® Gear (process modelling/automation) as well as the software for classic document and output management (including DocBridge® Pilot, DocBridge® Mill Plus, DocBridge® Delta and DocBridge® FileCab).
Distribution and implementation as stand-alone products as well as components of INNODOX solutions
All products are sold and implemented as stand-alone products as well as integrated as components into existing INNODOX solutions under an OEM agreement and sold under the INNODOX label. Compart's CCM solutions will first be used in the products Innodox Output Management (IOP) and IDX Connect, a solution for increasing efficiency in back-office areas.
The cooperation also includes a technological collaboration: To this end, INNODOX will provide its expertise in the field of CCM, with the help of which the DocBridge® Impress solution in particular will be continuously developed and tailored even better to the current and future requirements in customer communication of companies, organisations and authorities.

Compart sees the partnership as an opportunity to acquire even more customers in the Hungarian and Scandinavian markets and thus further expand its strong market position in Central and Eastern Europe. At the same time, the technology partnership aims to deepen the know-how for the development of modern, agile and easy-to-integrate solutions for customer communication.
